Last Updated: March 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BET SRL website and any related pages, forms, and materials made available through it (the “Website”). By browsing the Website, submitting an inquiry, or registering interest in any educational program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website. The Website is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Educational-Only Positioning and Important Disclaimers

BET SRL is an independent online education provider. The Website and all course descriptions, learning materials, workshops, templates, checklists, and related content are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes. The Website does not provide legal services, financial services, investment advice, accounting services, immigration services, employment placement, management consulting, software development, IT managed services, healthcare services, or government-recognized certification.

Participation in any program, workshop, or learning pathway does not guarantee employment, promotions, salary increases, certifications, business success, or financial outcomes. Any examples are illustrative and are intended to explain educational concepts such as meeting discipline, documentation standards, stakeholder communication, and basic project coordination routines.

Learners remain responsible for how they apply acquired knowledge and for verifying any requirements applicable to their own role, workplace, or jurisdiction. If you require a regulated professional service, you should consult an appropriately licensed provider.

3. Description of the Website and Services

The Website presents information about BET SRL’s online learning programs, workshops, and learning resources. Educational delivery is online and is designed for learners across Canada. Registration and inquiries are handled through the Website’s form(s). Depending on the program, delivery may include self-paced modules, instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, and downloadable learning resources.

We may update, improve, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, including course pages, descriptions, learning resources, and registration workflows. We do not promise that any program, topic, or schedule will remain available indefinitely.

All services are offered “as available.” We aim for clear communication and predictable learning structures, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website due to maintenance, network issues, hosting interruptions, or events outside our control.

4. Registration and Communications

When you submit a registration request or inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and current information to the best of your knowledge. We use the details you submit to respond, to provide program information, and to support enrollment logistics. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through the registration form, and we ask that you avoid sharing such data in free-text fields.

You may receive communications from BET SRL by email or phone related to your inquiry or registration request. The content of these communications is intended to clarify program scope, scheduling, and learning expectations. For more information about how we handle personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. In particular, you must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers, or systems, including by bypassing security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Website in a way that disrupts normal operation or violates reasonable technical boundaries.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form, including pretending to be another person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit malware, spyware, or other harmful code, or engage in phishing, spamming, or abusive messaging through our contact channels.
  • Use the Website to promote or solicit regulated services under the guise of educational content, including immigration representation, legal representation, financial advice, or employment placement.
  • Use the Website in violation of applicable sanctions or export control laws or from jurisdictions where access is prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to restrict access, filter submissions, or suspend interactions that appear abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive. This includes protecting the Website from high-volume automated traffic and repeated form submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website, including its text, layout, branding, program descriptions, original learning content, templates, downloadable materials, and design elements (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to BET SRL and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal and non-commercial educational purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit the Content without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by mandatory law.

The Website may reference third-party services used for operational purposes, such as email delivery, hosting, or security. The Website may also include links to external resources where appropriate. Any such third-party services or websites are not controlled by BET SRL, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those documents carefully.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. BET SRL does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any educational content for any particular purpose. Educational materials are general in nature and may not reflect the specific requirements, policies, or procedures of your employer or industry. Any reliance you place on the Content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BET SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BET SRL’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Website or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to BET SRL in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BET SRL, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website; (b) information you submit through the Website; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

11. Force Majeure

BET SRL will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and failures of hosting or cloud service providers.

12. International Use

The Website is operated from Italy and is intended to describe educational services available online for learners across Canada. We do not represent that the Website or Content is appropriate or available for use in every country. You are responsible for complying with local laws that may apply to your use of the Website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

The courts of Milano, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable, good-faith period of 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. This does not limit your right to seek urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts as described in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section above.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the Website, or used the Website in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others. Termination may be immediate and without notice where required for security or operational reasons.

The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any invalid provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BET SRL regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to the subject matter.
