Workshop topics and what each session includes

Workshops are short, focused sessions designed to turn a concept into a usable routine. Instead of broad theory, each workshop uses a simple learning arc: a quick baseline model, examples from common workplace scenarios, guided practice, and a short review loop. Participants typically finish with a concrete output—an agenda pattern, a decision log, a handoff checklist, or a message template that can be reused the next day.

The curriculum draws from everyday operations tools such as action registers, RACI-style role clarity, stakeholder mapping, meeting minutes, and lightweight status reporting. Topics can be run as standalone sessions or as a short workshop series aligned to a program pathway. All delivery is online across Canada; the administrative office is in Milano, Italy, and support is available by email and phone.

Project Coordination Workshop: simple systems that hold up

A practical session on coordination basics: defining scope boundaries, listing milestones, tracking dependencies, and maintaining a clear change-log. The workshop uses a minimal set of artifacts—action register, decision log, and status update format—so teams can stay aligned without building bureaucracy.

90 minutes Templates included

Workplace Communication Workshop

Practice clearer written updates, meeting talk-tracks, and feedback phrasing. Includes a short message framework and a review checklist for clarity.

Leadership Routines Workshop

Short, repeatable leadership habits for delegation and decisions. Covers expectation setting, follow-up cadence, and practical 1:1 notes.

Business Administration Workshop: documentation that stays readable

Build habits that keep information findable: naming conventions, meeting minutes that capture decisions, and a basic filing rhythm. The session uses a simple document lifecycle—draft, review, version, and archive—so teams can avoid “final-final” confusion.

Productivity & Time Management Workshop

A planning session focused on prioritization, calendar control, and task breakdown. Includes a weekly review ritual and a simple backlog method.

Professional Development Workshop

Set learning goals, track practice, and build a realistic study rhythm. Uses small measurement habits rather than vague motivation.

How workshop registration works

Workshop enrollment follows the same straightforward steps as program registration. The goal is to clarify the topic, set expectations, and make scheduling predictable. If you include a short note about the type of workplace context you want examples from, we can tailor the educational framing without collecting sensitive data.

  1. 01

    Select a workshop topic

Pick the workshop theme that matches what you want to practice—communication updates, meeting routines, admin documentation, leadership habits, productivity planning, or project coordination. If you want a series, note the order (for example, communication first, then coordination).

  2. 02

    Register using the online form

Complete the registration form with your contact details and selected workshop. Add a short note about timing preferences and what you want the output artifact to be (for example, “a weekly update template” or “a meeting agenda and minutes format”).

  3. 03

    Receive confirmation and session details

We reply with the session outline, duration, and participant requirements (if any). Requirements are minimal: a stable connection, audio, and a willingness to practice using the templates provided.

  4. 04

Attend, practice, and take away your artifacts

Workshops prioritize practice. Expect quick explanations, then guided exercises. The goal is to leave with a clear artifact you can reuse—plus a short checklist for applying it in your own context.

Register for a workshop

Use the form to register for a workshop topic or request a short workshop series. We will respond using the email or phone number you provide. We do not sell your data, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.
